We are seeking an experienced Social Housing professional in Liverpool on a temporary basis until at least the end of January 2025, on a 35 hour per week contract with hourly rates up to £19 per hour.
Your new role
- Overseeing day-to-day housing management within the scheme and maintaining a positive environment for resident engagement
- Morning check ins via Tun
- Periodic health & safety checks including fire doors, alarms and legionella
- Void management and assisting with logging & chasing repairs
- Low level ASB management
- Basic support with benefits, signposting where appropriate
- Updating and reviewing risk assessments
- Responding to general queries from customers, family members or stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Housing/tenancy management experience within a similar role or social housing setting
- Good understanding of housing & tenancy management principles and relevant legislation
- Experience of building management, compliance requirements and relevant knowledge of health & safety policies and risks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT skills
