Description
The Corporate Associate Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:
- Advising on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Provide legal advice to clients on corporate governance.
- Prepare and review legal documents as required.
- Advising on private equity transactions and general corporate matters.
- Setting up corporate structures.
Profile
A successful Corporate Associate Solicitor should have:
- 1-5 years PQE.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
