We are a leading food wholesaler looking for a Customer Service and Order Processor to join the team and be the friendly voice and efficient hand behind out customer orders and delivery support. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Dartford and 2 days remote.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking customer orders via multiple channels (phone, email etc.)
- Accurately inputting orders into our order system
- Handling delivery queries and chasing updates
- Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with our valued customers
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing (bonus points if it's in food wholesale)
