Assistant Store Manager
Salary: Up to £28,136.23 P/A + Bonus & Full Company Benefits
The role is full-time and offering a 37.5-hour fixed term contract, this can range between
3-12 months
with potential to turn permanent.

The duties of the Assistant Store Manager:
- Day-to-day store and people management including recruitment, training, and development
- Supporting the Store Manager and liaising with HR when required
- Driving and reporting on store sales, costs, and business figures
- Organizing in-store displays and perfect product merchandising
- Proactively developing knowledge regarding industry competitors and utilizing it in the company's best interest
Experience required:
- Strong retail experience is needed- any retail background is considered
- Previous retail team leader or management experience is hugely desirable!
- Must be customer-focused and have good people management skills
- Must be a huge team player!
- Ideally have some back-office knowledge of using a PC or systems
