Employer Engagement Officer
Full-Time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Term Time plus training days, avaialable on a temp-perm basis
Start Date: September
We are seeking an experienced Employer Engagement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building relationships with local businesses, leading to successful placement opportunities for students. Additionally, you will provide essential support and guidance to employers to ensure they are fully equipped to host learners effectively.
In this role, you will also play a key part in developing and delivering learner programs, including recruitment, induction, and ongoing support for students during their work placements.
While a post-compulsory teaching qualification at Level 6 and assessor qualifications are desirable, they are not mandatory for this role.
