De Montfort University (DMU) is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Hub Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our brand through high-impact content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports our strategic goals.

Role

As the Creative Hub Manager, you will be at the forefront of content creation, leading a team of producers, graphic designers, and digital asset specialists. Your leadership will drive the production of engaging and innovative content, from videos and social media posts to print materials and event collateral. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure that all content aligns with DMU's brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the University to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting marketing campaigns, student recruitment efforts, and brand awareness initiatives. Your expertise in content production and distribution will be essential as you oversee the creation of digital and static assets tailored for various platforms and audiences.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside the Associate Director of Web and Digital Experience, you'll ensure that our content strategy is both effective and measurable. You will be responsible for setting clear KPIs, monitoring content performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize our approach.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative leader with a strong background in content management, digital marketing, and team leadership. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our vibrant campus, with occasional travel within the UK and overseas.
