Job Title:
Appointment Setter – Part time – Hybrid
Salary:
Up to £15 per hour depending on experience
Location:
Head Office – Newmarket – Working from home 3 or 4 days a week
Term:
Permanent Part Time – 20 hours a week

The role of Appointment Setter:
- Providing consistent stream of qualified appointments for the Business Development team. The aim is to maximize the Business Development team's time in front of prospective clients. By scheduling and secure appointments with potential clients once market research has been carried out.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences and communicate our client's value proposition and USP's to gain confidence with the customer.
- Utilize your excellent negotiating skills to maximize appointment attendance.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
- Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and attend and actively contribute to 1:1 meetings, scheduled sales meetings and sales training sessions.
To be considered for the role of Appointment Setter:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiating abilities.
- Proven track record in appointment setting or a similar role is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment
