A highly successful Kent / Sussex based independent property agency is looking to recruit an experienced and totally professional Estate Agency Head of Sales/Sales Manager for a pivotal and leading role within the company.
The ideal candidate will currently be a successful Sales Manager with a proven track record within the Estate Agency and ready to take the next step in their career.
You should also have a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means and an understanding of what makes a local independent estate agency so successful.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious, with significant previous experience in residential property sales and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities and delivering a sensational personal service.
