Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an interim Finance Assistant, working for a busy and flexible business based in Somerset - With parking & hybrid working.
This is a temporary contract is for an initial period of 3 months.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (circa)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Working hours - Full time is 35 hours per week, with flexible times and hybrid working
You will use your skills to:
- Process invoices into the system - Accounts payable ledger
- Process invoices into the system - Accounts receivable ledger
- Matching PO numbers
- Assisting with supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Nominal coding
- Additional ad-hoc financial duties to support the team
Required experience/background:
- Previous experience in a similar position maintaining either AP or AR ledger
- Team player
- High attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Willing to learn
- Pro-active attitude
