You would be the right fit as the new Internal Sales and Account Manager for my client, which specialises in creative and cutting-edge technology. You don't need technical knowledge - your engaging personality is key.
The role includes:
- Re-engaging with previous customers
- Providing customer service and technical advice on products (training given)
- Offering a bespoke consultative service on pricing and delivery
- Working alongside the sales team to identify potential new customers
- Growing your market knowledge and analysing purchasing trends of existing customers
- Maintaining the customer database
