Role Overview:

You will manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, handling cases from inception through to resolution. The firm prides itself on providing exceptional legal advice and support, ensuring that clients receive the best possible outcome.

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of Housing Disrepair claims independently.
  • Work with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
  • Deliver results in a performance-driven environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Utilize case management software (ideally Proclaim) to manage cases efficiently.
  • Provide excellent client care and legal advice, adhering to compliance issues and relevant codes of conduct.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • At least three years of experience managing your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims.
  • Proven billing record and history in litigation.
  • IT literate with knowledge of case management software, ideally Proclaim.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of statutory legislation, case law, and compliance issues.
