2nd Line Support Engineer

We are working with a returning client on the hunt for a 2nd line support engineer in London. The role will be on a hybrid basis, with at least 3 days a week on site. We have placed several people in the business over the years and know that they offer great career opportunities in an interesting and varied setting. They would love to find someone with 2-3 years support experience that is a great team worker, has excellent attention to detail and is a great problem solver.

Skills and Experience of a 2nd line support:

  • High level IT support and maintenance
  • Technical escalation
  • Client engagement
  • Team support
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Axius, Windows
  • CompTIA A+, 3CX Advanced Certification (Including Basic and Intermediate), and at least one of the following: CompTIA N+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux, or CompTIA Server+.
  • Minimum 2 years as a first line support
  • Excellent communication skills
