Customer Service Administrator

Atkinson Moss are very pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their clients small and friendly team, outside of Norwich. The ability to drive is essential as their office is based in a small village, Snetterton way with no bus service.

The successful candidate will be working on the 'service desk' supporting the business with inputting and organising technician visits, whilst offering excellent customer service and handling incoming calls and emails. The role offers a nice balance of customer service and administration in a friendly and thriving environment!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, web chats and website enquiries
  • Making outgoing calls to support the service desk
  • General CRM administration
  • Updating/logging quote requests for action
  • Responding to incoming enquiries in a timely manner and agreed service level agreements
  • Processing sales leads for actio
  • General sales and service administration
  • Offering support to the service and sales team

Key skills:

  • Delivering excellent customer service with an empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Strong telephone handling skills including active listening
  • Excellent communication
  • Confident with IT
  • Customer Service experience

Hours of work are Monday to Friday on a rotational basis covering the following hours, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm. The position is offered on a permanent and full-time basis (35hrs). The salary offered is £22,000 which will rise to £24,000 after passing probation and at the discretion of the business.
