This Firm is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Residential Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Dundee. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of residential property law, including purchases, sales, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers. Additionally, you may occasionally provide commercial legal services to property developers acquiring land and buildings for development. Your responsibilities will include managing a full portfolio of transactions, liaising with third parties such as solicitors and banks, and identifying opportunities for cross-service collaboration. You will play a crucial role in developing strong client relationships and networking with other business professionals to enhance the firm's profile in Dundee and surrounding areas.

Experience Needed

The ideal candidate will be an experienced residential property lawyer with the confidence to manage a busy workload. While they welcome applications from those at or aspiring to Senior Solicitor level, they are also open to candidates at various stages of their careers seeking new opportunities.
