Asbestos Surveyor - Southampton
Salary: £34,000 - £40,500 | Benefits: 26 Days Holiday + 1 Additional Day per Year of Service
Our client, a leading provider of asbestos services across the UK with over 30 years of expertise, is seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor. Their dedicated team ensures full compliance and peace of mind for every project.
Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor:
- BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 6 months field experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Full UK driving license
- Strong knowledge of HSG264
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for commuting and occasional out-of-hours work
Role Responsibilities of an Asbestos Surveyor:
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across various sectors
- Prepare detailed reports for clients
- Ensure all work meets UKAS standards and complies with HSG264
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide technical support and address client queries
