Are you looking to work for an organisation renowned for its innovation, expertise, and forward-thinking approach? Our client, based in modern central Reigate offices, is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team on an initial 6-month contract.

About the Role:

As an Operations Administrator, you will provide vital support to the Service Support Administrator, Service Support Manager, Head of Operations, and Engineers. You will play a key role in ensuring top-notch service delivery to customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Support Calls: Logging and assigning reactive support calls, escalating issues as necessary, and issuing reports upon completion.
  • Scheduling Visits: Booking and scheduling planned support visits and issuing necessary reports.
  • Reviewing Reports: Ensuring all engineers' reports are logged and any remedial work is recorded.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping all logs and records accurate and up-to-date and ensuring proper filing on the server.
  • Processing Orders: Handling purchase orders efficiently.
  • Timesheet Management: Checking timesheets and expenses, and entering data into management systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of building services or a similar service industry is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Organised and Calm: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining calm and collected.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and using initiative.
