Retrofit Solution Engineer
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Retrofit Solution Engineer based in Filton.
This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Retrofit Solutions Engineer-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- The identification of installation design solutions
- Feasibility analysis
- Configuration management
- Continuous improvement initiatives like processes
The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:
- Mods process
- Installation and drawings
- Computer-aided design e.g. CATIA.
- Aerospace tools: DPDS, APS, AIRINA
- Any relevant Engineering degree (or in combination with another) such as Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems
