Customer Service Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well established company based in Lancing. Your role will be varied from handling the telephone to liaising with Customers, along with order processing and other general administration duties.

Job duties of a Customer Service Administrator are as follows:

  • Responding to customers' requests over the telephone and via online platforms
  • Providing customers with quotes and following up
  • Helping with stock management
  • Placing orders over the phone and via email

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Strong IT skills such as Excel, Outlook, etc...
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent time keeping
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally

This is a fully office based role in Lancing working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:15pm and finishing at 3pm on Fridays, paying a salary between £25,000 up to £27,000 dependant on experience.
