Job Title: Part-Time Project Support Administrator

Our client, a dynamic community-focused organisation, is seeking a Project Support Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the Mottingham Big Local Refocused programme (MBLR), making a real difference to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Programme Manager and resident-led Partnership Board to develop and deliver the Big Local programme, including organising activities and events that bring the community together.
  • Lead the promotion of events on social media, designing and distributing engaging flyers and posters.
  • Collect and collate participant feedback forms, ensuring data is properly recorded.
  • Assist in planning and delivering community events, such as community lunches and breakfasts.
  • Maintain filing systems, liaise with suppliers, and carry out risk assessments.
  • Support the delivery of the Community Grants Programme by processing applications, coordinating meetings, and assisting with monitoring and evaluation.
  • Lead the development of promotional material for social media, newsletters, and the website, actively engaging with the community.
  • Support meetings and roundtables by preparing invitee lists, distributing minutes, and organising refreshments.
  • Maintain stakeholder databases and assist in volunteer recruitment for the programme's needs.
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts by collecting and processing data from events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably within a community-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive impact in the community.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and in the Bromley branch as required.
