We are seeking a Security Architect with expertise in FortiSIEM to join our team for a 3-month contract. The role involves designing a SOC using FortiSIEM and other Fortinet products, onboarding new log sources, and integrating custom connectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operation Technology (OT) Security and network architecture.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Hands-on management and configuration of FortiSIEM.
- Designing and implementing a SOC using FortiSIEM alongside other Fortinet products.
- Onboarding new log sources and building custom connectors for integration with FortiSIEM.
- Reviewing current network architecture and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Applying in-depth technical knowledge of OT Security to enhance system security.
- Advising on network and cloud security fundamentals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with FortiSIEM.
- Knowledge of best practices for designing a SOC with FortiSIEM and other Fortinet products.
- Experience in onboarding new log sources and building custom connectors for FortiSIEM.
- Technical knowledge of OT Security.
- Ability to review and provide recommendations for current network architecture.
- Understanding of various security tools, their functions, and comparisons.
- Familiarity with network and cloud security fundamentals.
