Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Handle inquiries, complaints, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Operations Management: Oversee night audit, safety, and security; coordinate with other departments; set up for the next day's conferences and breakfast.
- Leadership: Supervise night staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare nightly reports, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a hospitality managerial role.
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
