What to expect as a Nursery Manager:
- To support the implementation of the EYFS including overseeing planning and record keeping
- Promote and facilitate partnerships with parents, Carers and families
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies

- Manage the occupancy of the nursery in line with business aims.
- Identify training needs, develop training plans and evaluate the training undertaken by staff
