Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic HR projects and support in rolling out key improvements across the organisation.
- Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Gain insights into HR analytics and understand their importance in decision-making.
- Work across different cultures, terms, and conditions in a varied environment.
Desirable Skills:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification.
- A proactive learner who enjoys applying new skills on the job.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and independence in managing multiple tasks.
