As People Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing talent, driving key HR initiatives, and ensuring that the team is set up for success. This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their HR career with aspirations to become a Business Partner or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic HR projects and support in rolling out key improvements across the organisation.
  • Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Gain insights into HR analytics and understand their importance in decision-making.
  • Work across different cultures, terms, and conditions in a varied environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • A proactive learner who enjoys applying new skills on the job.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and independence in managing multiple tasks.
