The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing the progression of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfers, and completion statements.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Conducting searches and gathering necessary documentation.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Strong numerical skills and experience with legal billing.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Capability to prioritise workloads independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in IT.

This is a full-time, office-based position, offering working hours from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, at the firm's Haywards Heath location.
