As a Learning Support Assistant you will be providing tailored care and support for children with a variety of needs, every class is so different, and the school will find the perfect class for you to utilise your skillset effectively. This role requires previous experience working with special educational needs and ideally you will hold a level 3 Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant qualification. Job Role:
- Supporting on a 1-2-1 basis within small classes of children with additional needs
- Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs
- Working as a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant
- Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils
