What's the Job?
Working within the Service Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the field-based service engineers have everything they need to do their jobs; you'll be involved in:
- Raising quotations
- Booking in jobs
- Raising invoices
- Completing month end checks
- What Skills do I need?
You'll already be working as an administrator / service advisor, preferably within an engineering related business; along with an outgoing personality, you'll also need:
- A strong administration background with an excellent eye for detail
- To be able to manage multiple, ever-changing deadlines
- Have the ability to take ownership from start to finish
- Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
- Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel
