Locum Community Physiotherapist (Band 6 or 7)
Position: Community Physiotherapist
Grade: Band 6 or 7
Pay Rate: £23 - £30 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Pay
Location: Wales
Contract: 3-month booking (with potential to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
Car Requirement: Own car required
Experience: Neuro experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to community patients, with a focus on neurological conditions.
- Assess, plan, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation and ongoing care.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy and current HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in a neuro-rehabilitation setting.
- Strong assessment, treatment, and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
Desirable Attributes:
- 2 - 3 years of NHS Experience working within a community setting.
- Previous experience with complex neurological cases.
Additional Information:
