Juice is excited to be recruiting for a Brand & Communications Assistant to support our client on part-time temporary basis.
Working as part of this busy Brand and Communications team you will be highly organised and digitally confident with the ability to undertake a range of support duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and scheduling Eshots (newsletters, events, member updates)
- Liaising with customers and brand and comms team on content and timing
- Maintaining mailing lists and CRM records
- Updating website content and coordinating press releases
- Assisting with social media, campaigns, and email marketing
- Producing annual reports and setting up surveys
Skills required:
- Strong admin and communication skills
- Experience with CMS and email marketing platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Qualifications:
- Essential: GCSE English grade C/4 or equivalent
- Desirable: Experience in comms, marketing, or digital marketing
Additional Info:
- Ability to start on an immediate basis
- 24 hours per week (Monday - Thursday)
- Duration: 2 months with possible extension
- Office-based (Bradley Stoke)
