An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join a highly recommended and reputable firm that specialises in various areas of law to include conveyancing, commercial conveyancing etc.

As Office Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Data entry.
  • General admin support.
  • Filing.
  • Taking phone calls.
  • Covering for the Receptionist over lunch / holiday / etc.

We're looking for an Office Administrator with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask.
