An award-winning, Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to lead a small team within their busy residential conveyancing department. This fee-earning role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of team leadership and a passion for property law.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the progression of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth property transactions.
- Conduct legal research and draft various conveyancing documents.
- Monitor and manage the team's caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional client care, maintaining the firm's outstanding reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to providing high levels of client service.
