Teaching Assistant
Location: Meldreth, Nr Royston, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border
Salary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary), depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Key Duties:
- Support students in their learning and development in both classroom and community settings.
- Assist young people with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism to reach their educational and personal targets.
- Help create an inclusive, respectful environment that promotes equality and diversity.
- Empower students while growing your understanding of Special Educational Needs.
- Provide high-quality support, including personal care and physical intervention when needed.

- Have strong communication skills, particularly with students with unique communication needs.
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Are eager to work towards additional qualifications, with full support and funding provided.
