Job Description:
As a Technical Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients. This is a customer-facing position that requires a combination of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT and telecom-related issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT and telecom issues promptly and efficiently.
- Experienced with Installations including Cabling (Desired)
- Assist clients with networking, broadband, and other IT-related queries.
- Collaborate with other technical support team members to resolve complex issues.
- Document and track client issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Technician in IT, with Cloud Based Telephony as well as on-premises Comms and Ideally CCTV but this is not essential.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, broadband, and related technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for clients.
- Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in IT and telecom are a plus.
