This charity has launched a new service in Hampshire, which supports people within criminal justice serving custodial sentences in prisons, and those that are released via the probation trusts.
You will lead a team across Hampshire who deliver 121 support to their clients around pre-release support, housing, resettlement, wellbeing, healthcare and employability to name a few. This support is provided by prison-based support workers, as well as community based support workers (based out of probation trusts). You will ensure they are having an impact on their customers and are compliant against the contract regulations.
The service is primarily focussed across Southampton & Portsmouth, as well as HMP Winchester, and Basingstoke and Andover probation centres.
To apply, you must have managed teams delivering a similar service within criminal justice or in a service that supports vulnerable client groups, such as a hostel, supported housing or employment support. You might have worked as a probation manager, supported housing manager, custody manager, service manager, mental health manager, employment support manager or in a similar role.
