Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an estate agent based in North Somerset, with the appointment of a Property Manager / Specialist to join their close-knit team.
This independent agency celebrates over 30 years of exceptional service. They are seeking an industry experienced individual, with 2+ years working within property, who are passionate about providing a seamless service and will share their same values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
- Managing the entire sales process from offer to completion.
- Liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors & surveyors to complete transactions.
- Responding to prospect buyer's queries via phone, email and in person.
- Being consultative and providing information on properties and services.
- Updating all parties involved within the buying process to ensure deadlines are met.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in an estate agent / property management is essential.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle - car milage paid.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours:
- Monday 8:45am-6pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am-6pm.
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-5pm, with a day in lieu.
£25-30k + OTE
