An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and innovative Architectural Technologist looking to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking architecture firm based in Warrington. This role calls for a passionate professional with a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a collaborative spirit.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects, from residential developments to commercial ventures. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards. Your ability to work closely with architects, contractors, and clients will be essential in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited, or working toward accreditation
- Confident managing a small team
- Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and refine design solutions
- Revit experience is essential
