Morgan McKinley are working with a fast-growing jewellery brand to hire a dynamic a Marketing Manager to join a prestigious jewellery brand. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in the jewellery industry or a highly capable Marketing Executive ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee the company's website on Shopify, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, regularly updated with new content, and driving online sales.
  • Email marketing: Email newsletter and other marketing to clients/prospects.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, leveraging both organic and paid strategies.
  • Social Media PPC: Manage and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns on social media to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to drive traffic and sales, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Brand Ambassadors: Cultivate relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to enhance brand presence and credibility.
  • SEO and Link Building: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, working closely with agencies to enhance link-building efforts.
  • Google Adwords: Manage Google AdWords campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Preferably has experience in marketing within the jewellery industry or a related luxury goods sector. However, exceptional candidates from other industries with relevant skills and a passion for jewellery will also be considered.
  • Experience of Shopify and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, highly desirable
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Energy and Ideas: A proactive individual with high energy levels, innovative ideas, and the enthusiasm to drive the brand forward.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a future team, manage relationships with external agencies, and work collaboratively with different departments within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
