Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Executive or Solicitor to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of client care.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering personalised and professional service.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Private Client Executive or Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' experience in private client law.
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
