Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new creative Marketing Executiveto join our Marketing team in our ONCAMPUS division, part of Cambridge Education Group.
The Marketing Executive works closely with the ONCAMPUS UK and EU Marketing Managers. The Marketing Executive is involved in all aspects of marketing, in particular the creation, updating and dissemination of marketing related activity.
Th Marketing Executive will be creative and proactive with the drive and ambition to develop a career in
marketing. Able to work on their own initiative, the ideal candidate will have a positive approach and be a great
communicator - both verbally and in writing. They must have a passion for social media and the confidence to put
forward their own ideas when appropriate.
The role is on a full-time, permanent basis. The ONCAMPUS Marketing team is based in Cambridge under the Hybrid Working pattern with 2 days in the office.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver marketing communications as required across all available channels.
- Manage stock of marketing collateral, and co-ordinate the process for delivery of new materials from the printer to the distribution company.
- Ability to organise a wide range of events, including, but not limited to, familiarization trips, workshops, client visits.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, exhibition stands and newsletters.
- Ensure that brand guidelines and templates are maintained and updated regularly.
- Monitor the correct use of the brand and provide support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the brand guidelines are adhered to.
Person Specification & experience we look for:
- Educated to degree level or beyond, ideally with a graphic design and/or marketing-related qualification, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar marketing services role, ideally within the Education sector.
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to work on different projects at the same time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with many stakeholders.
