Senior 3D Modelling Specialist - 39667 - £33.91/hr umbrella rate
Do you have Senior 3D Modelling experience, and are you seeking a new contract job in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Senior 3D Modelling Specialist, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £33.91 per hour (Inside IR35).
As a Senior 3D Modelling Specialist, you will work as part of the Tech and Data Hub Model Production team, responsible for generating high-quality 3D visualisation models, all produced and compliant to the company's creative and technical processes and standards.
In your first few weeks in this Senior 3D Modelling Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Deliver 3D modelled content to support a variety of on-board and off-board CGI use cases, across Vehicle Design, Materiality, Brand and Customer Ready work streams, using cross-functional collaboration and support
- Work as part of the Tech and Data Hub Model Production team, responsible for generating high-quality 3D visualisation models, all produced and compliant to the company's creative and technical processes and standard
- 3D Topology Modelling (Hard and Soft Surfaces). 3D Scene Management UV creation & Material/Shader development.
To apply for this Senior 3D Modelling Specialist role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Direct experience in 3D Modelling within the CGI industry
- Expert in Autodesk Maya (or equivalent)
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Expert in data and file management, scene structuring and 3D modelling
- Experience in working to defined processes and technical standards (pipeline)
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Experience Preferred:
- Expert user in Unreal Engine / Quixel / Twinmotion. Previous experience working with / for Automotive OEMs. Experience using Foundry Nuke.
You'll receive an excellent contract per hour rate of £33.91 in return for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
