A global entertainment company is looking for an experienced Royalties Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. Responsibilities:
- Managing the interpretation of royalty contracts and accurate setup of relevant rules in current royalty systems.
- Delegating tasks within your team to efficiently manage workloads.
- Reviewing both incoming and outgoing royalty statements, checking sales and making corrections bi-annually.
- Ensuring the prompt review and payment of files.
- Leading the management of business-focused reports and liaising with various contracts, operations, and finance teams.
- Completing monthly reconciliations and postings, making adjustments where needed, and adhering to strict business deadlines.
- Undertaking additional royalty analysis and audits as required by the management team.
Successful Candidate:
- Proven experience working in a management position within a busy royalties team.
- A strong understanding of key royalty systems.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to review current processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and delivery.
