Salary:£12.82 - £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will work closely with students on a small group and 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young adults with complex high-functioning autism in their educational and personal development.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic support for students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other special educational needs.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity.
