Our client, a growing investment platform, is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Bath based Cash/Payments team.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the Payment team meets service targets and industry standards by managing complex processes and daily activities
- Deliver excellent operational service to customers, handling complex issues, escalations, and live problem resolutions
- Support team performance and improvement initiatives, providing coaching and training for team development
- Oversee communication with customer and senior analyst teams to ensure consistent and effective service outcomes
- Monitor and improve the control environment, manage cash processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and customer SLAs
Your skills:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of cash and payment operations and processing within financial services
- Have experience with platform cash and custody processes, understanding the mechanics of an investment platform
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership, striving to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Exhibit problem-solving skills, thinking creatively to address issues and deliver daily team objectives
- Display strong collaboration, communication, and organisational skills, working effectively in a tech-focused, digital-first environment
