A friendly law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Blackburn office. This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take individual responsibility for a caseload of Clinical Negligence files.
- Manage both pre-litigated and litigated cases, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- Handle a mix of Fast Track and Multi-Track claims.
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other parties involved in the cases.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Utilize Proclaim case management system to maintain accurate and organized case files.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years PQE as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
- Experience in managing a caseload of complex Clinical Negligence files.
- Familiarity with Proclaim case management system is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Negligence law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
