Here's what we're looking for; a Project Manager to join an established architecture practice to help deliver projects on-site.
It's a pretty neat gig. Join a close-knit architectural team working on a huge variety of projects throughout the Berkshire area. Bespoke residential homes, alterations, new-builds, small developments, and luxury properties to name a few.
This is a fast-paced role with numerous roles live at any one time. You'll be working alongside the Project Management Director to ensure the architecture practices work is delivered to the expected quality and time frames.
You'll need some experience working as a Project Manager from a construction background. Whether that's a couple of years of experience or a solid career in the industry – we're open to considering different levels for this role.
Contract administration experience is important and should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field.
The big attraction here is the variety and quality of work – meaning projects where you can see real transformations to properties.
