The Role: Senior HR Business Partner

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be a key player in shaping and implementing the people agenda. You'll work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that align with business goals and drive performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance on a range of HR matters, from talent management and employee engagement to reward, recognition, and culture-building.
This is a high-impact role where you'll have the autonomy to lead key projects, influence change, and ensure that the organisation remains a fantastic place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Work with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies for specific areas of the business that support both departmental and overall business objectives.
Advisor to Leaders: Act as a strategic partner to management teams, providing expertise in talent management, organisational design, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.
Driving Performance: In partnership with the Learning & Development Lead, foster a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, feedback, and performance discussions.
Talent and Retention: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to bring in the right capabilities and focus on retention, succession planning, and onboarding.
Champion of Culture: Lead initiatives to promote a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that aligns with the company's core values.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise People analytics to identify trends, inform strategy, and continuously improve HR practices and policies.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a background as a Senior HR Business Partner or in a similar people-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced, growing environment. You should bring:
Strong generalist HR experience with depth in areas like talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and reward & recognition.
Recent experience supporting a high-growth technology or software business
A track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing at a high level.
A passion for building high-performing, inclusive cultures where people feel valued and engaged.
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance both strategic and hands-on work.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of current employment laws and best practices, ensuring compliance across the business.
