Description
- Oversee financial planning and analysis for business units.
- Provide strategic financial insights to influence decision making.
- Work closely with business unit leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
- Assess financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional business projects.
- Manage and develop junior finance staff.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- An academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
- Proven experience with Financial Modelling and Deal Structuring
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
