Customer Service Administrator

Hours: 9;00-17:30 Monday - Friday
A highly successful and growing business within the leisure/entertainment sector is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Administrator who is looking for a career and not just a job.
It's a busy and varied role. Previous experience in a similar role along with excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering emails / phone calls from customers and solving issues
- Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence.
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests.
- Provide troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be delivered.
- Logging customers who may require on site engineer visits.
- Dealing with returns – working closely with the supplier and shipping company
- Liaising with Engineers and scheduling installations
- Generating reports for management
- Implement systems and procedures
- Check and respond to Google reviews
- Working on a ticketing system
Skills and experience
- At least 2 years' customer service experience with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service
- Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling
- A technical mind would be an advantage
- Able to multi task and prioritise
- Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them)
