An exciting new opportunity to join this global business following internal promotion. The role of Supplier Relationship Manager will play a key role in this established team with high levels of visibility and autonomy. In this role you will be engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and provide advice and guidance to all matters pertaining to supplier management.
Key areas of focus will include: supporting onboarding of new suppliers; provide expert advice to stakeholders with their tender processes; refine processes and controls for supplier management; create and embed Service Level Agreement review processes and manage SLAs; drive project workstreams and manage associated risks; and provide insights to the development of global supplier management protocols.
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of third-party risk management across multiple locations and be experienced in the management of SLAs between internal stakeholders and external service providers. With extensive supplier onboarding and purchasing experience, you will be self-motivated with high levels of drive and initiative. Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills are required with the ability to work collaboratively essential.
