About you:?

Our Hospitality division has almost doubled in size through acquisitions in the last year or so, and we've already completed our first acquisition of 2024. As such, the number of integration and strategic projects we can run to create value for our division is growing quickly.

You'll be passionate about data and analysis; you'll seek to leverage your analytical skills in a strategic environment. You'll excel at synthesizing information from diverse sources to create comprehensive reports. You'll have a strong commercial acumen, able to interpret market trends, financial data, CRM data, and business strategies to inform decision-making. You'll need be able to thrive in situations with fragmented inputs, applying a strategic mindset to clarify complex information. As an exceptional communicator, you'll transform intricate data sets into clear presentations for various audiences and contribute significantly to collaborative projects.

Day-to-day, you will:?

  • Deliver high-quality analysis and actionable insights to boost sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Regularly review and provide insights on pipeline generation, quality, and sales performance.
  • Support the Revenue Operations lead with operational cadence and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate across functions to shape initiatives, drive change, and develop strategies for the division.

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

  • High analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce.com, BI tools, or SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, capable of creating robust, data-driven financial projections.
  • Strong presentation, execution, prioritization, and time management skills, effectively handling ambiguity.
