Are you ready to make a real difference in the community? Our client, a national Housing Association is looking for an ASB Officer on a permanent basis and be part of a dedicated team across Bristol and serving customers across Somerset and Gloucestershire. With a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000, this is your chance to proactively manage a complex caseload and contribute to creating safe and inclusive environments for our residents.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience of handling complex ASB cases
- Strong IT skills including MS Office
- Experience of dealing with challenging behavior and resolving conflict
- The ability to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience of delivering ASB-related housing management services
- Transferable skills and experience from a similar type of customer-facing role
- Excellent customer service and people skills
